Subko Coffee is a global coffee brand focusing on specialty coffee and craft bakes, adhering to Specialty Coffee Association's 80-point benchmark for 'specialty' status. Project Sankalp showcases exceptional Indian farm-produced beans scoring 86-90+.
The design brief specified that the packaging design should evoke its place of origin - the Indian Subcontinent, combined with a modest and celebratory vibe. The pack includes 2 glass jars for the beans, a booklet and a postcard. You can get one for yourself here.
The farm that develops the largest amount of coffee for this project - Ampthill Downs, Tamil Nadu is a female-led farm establishment. The two symmetrical ornamental hands are inspired by the female-led initiative.
